Walt Disney World has revealed booth menus for the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, our favorite event of the year! This post previews new & returning savory snacks and decadent desserts, including food photos of new items, including the (many) Figment-inspired dishes at the 2026 FARTs (or FotA, if you insist).
EPCOT’s International Festival of the Arts runs from January 16 through February 23, 2026, making it about on par with Festival of the Holidays and significantly shorter than the Flower & Garden or Food & Wine Festivals. The Food Studios are all located throughout the World Showcase pavilions and portions of the neighborhoods of Future World, like the Holiday Kitchens and Global Marketplaces before them.
Also akin to its Christmas-time counterpart, EPCOT’s International Festival of the Arts offers a smaller slate of food booths than the the park’s “flagship” fall foodie event. It may not seem like it, but that’s actually a good thing for guests as the menus are more carefully curated. The Food Studios are a celebration of the culinary arts and, quite frankly, it shows.
As we’ve pointed out time and time again, food is the least important element of the festival. There’s so much substance to this event beyond food…and it’s totally FREE! You can watch artists create art right in front of you, peruse booths and galleries, attend free seminars, participate in the creation of art, and so much more.
Festival of the Arts is great, but the food isn’t the main course, it’s the icing on the proverbial (and literal) Figment-inspired cake. If you’re interested in knowing what not to miss in terms of non-food offerings, read our Guide to the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.

With that said, we’d highly recommend eating your way around the Food Studios during the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts. This is usually our favorite food event of the year. It’s become a close call between this and Flower & Garden, depending on each year’s menus. Both are better than the two festivals that follow, although Food & Wine’s cuisine scene has improved in the last couple years thanks to Harvest Hollow.
I’d also add that bang for buck is generally pretty good at the Food Studios. Yes, they’re pricey. But the portions are often surprisingly sizeable, and the quality easily surpasses the park’s counter service restaurants–and even some table service spots.
As regular restaurants have gotten worse–with smaller portions, cheaper ingredients, and higher prices–I’d argue that the Food Studios have largely gotten better or held steady. Of course, we’ve yet to eat anything at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, so this assessment is based on last year’s festivals.

Ironically, cuisine not being the cornerstone to Festival of the Arts relieves pressure on the Food Studios and, counterintuitive as this may sound, results in even better food. Because fewer people are there for food, the booth menus can be more ambitious and artful with their presentation, rather than having to churn through thousands of guests per hour.
This has started to change for some of the booths on busier weekends over the last couple of years, which is why certain fan-favorite items are the only dishes served at their respective Food Studios, and why others only have a couple of menu items. While we’d love to see a return to the days of 3-4 dishes per menu (and some do still have that many), it’s a compromise we’ll accept to maintain higher quality.
As you snack your way around EPCOT, be sure to pick up a Festival Passport to take part in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, a returning food stroll filled with true works of culinary art. With each bite, collect stamps by purchasing five of these decadent dishes to redeem a special prize from Deco Delights to enjoy. To see all the tasty bites included in this year’s food stroll, look for the menu items designated with a 🎨 below.
On that note, let’s take a look at the food & drink menus for the Food Studios that showcase the best in culinary art, blending colorful ingredients, unique cooking techniques, and imaginative presentations to create edible masterpieces…

Overall, I’m really excited to sample these menus! There are a lot of items that look delicious, and although I don’t plan to do full individual booth reviews of every single dish anymore (need to start eating healthier now that I’m older and a dad), there should easily be enough here for a ‘best of’ top 10…or 20…list.
I could quibble with some of the menus. For instance, Figment’s Inspiration Station is more like Figment’s Sugar Central. Nothing imaginative about what’s on offer there. At the same time, I know variety is the spice of life, and there’s a lot to love about these booths if you’re a more adventurous eater. Plus, those dishes are vibrant and photogenic, and that’s part of the fun. “Deconstructed Filet of Figment” probably wouldn’t be as well-received, anyway.

Speaking of which, the one big thing that hasn’t been revealed is the new 2026 Figment Popcorn Bucket. Assuming there is one? Last year’s bucket is listed on the menus above, so perhaps they had overstock and are simply repeating that.
It seems inevitable that Walt Disney World would release another new Figment popcorn bucket, especially as the company tries to increase quarterly earnings. (If I recall correctly, there was not a new bucket in 2023–it was a repeat of 2022, but with a new strap. So there’s precedent for repeats.)
My hope is that the 2026 Figment popcorn bucket is so good that they want to give it the spotlight with a separate reveal. Is this the year that they finally play the Dreamfinder card?!?! If so, expect a new record line-length for that souvenir!

As you might recall, Festival of the Arts was dominated by headlines a few years ago that EPCOT’s Longest Line Is For Figment Popcorn Buckets. It took a while, but Walt Disney World eventually solved that problem by streamlining the process with Mobile Order.
I’m not the biggest fan of popcorn buckets. But I’m a diehard Figment fan and always love seeing the character get love, so I was really happy with the success of the first bucket. I just wish stellar sales of these popcorn buckets or the recent Figment Christmas sweater actually led to something substantive, as it’s beyond time to Reimagine Journey Into Imagination.
