Best Deal on Disney Gift Cards of 2026: Up to $100 Off!

There’s a new deal for Disney gift cards, offering 10% off or up to $100 in savings (potentially more for early birds). This covers discount details, and more you need to know about buying and using these gift cards.

If you’re looking for ways to save on gift cards at other retailers, check out our comprehensive Money-Saving Tips for Discount Disney Gift Cards. That covers Kroger, Target, Costco, Best Buy, Meijer and more. We’ve also been sharing deals on gift cards for third party restaurateurs that operate at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

That gift card buying guide includes everything from straightforward sales to more complicated ways to stack savings (e.g. cash back sites, credit card bonuses, etc). This post is shorter and sweeter, focusing on the limited-time sales at Sam’s Club in late April through May 2026.

Normally, 10% off is a great deal on Disney gift cards–even if gated behind a membership at one of the club stores. We jump on discounts offering that degree of savings, especially since virtually every Disney gift card deal has limits. You’ll typically be capped at $800 at the absolute most worth of gift cards with any deal, and it’s very easy to spend $800 at Walt Disney World. That’s one day (at best?) in the parks!

Usually, the best sales happen between mid-November and mid-December and then again during Christmas in July sales (or Memorial/Labor Day). We’re now past the first sweet spot, and have a while to go before the second.

Accordingly, we’ve been encouraging readers with gift card “needs” for the first half of 2026 to lower their standards from those 10% or $800 threshold. We share all of the gift card sales, so subscribe to our free email newsletter for a heads up when more Disney gift card deals go live.

The great news is that the new Disney gift card deal at Sam’s Club meets both thresholds! Here are full deal details…

Sam’s Club will have $500 Disney eGift Card on sale for $450, which is 10% off!

This deal will be offered from April 29, 2026 through May 31, 2026, while supplies last.

In terms of fine print, you’re limited to a maximum of 2 per order and 2 per membership. So $1,000 worth of digital Disney gift cards for $900, or $100 off. No matter how you slice it–up to $100 off or 10% off–that’s a great discount on a high denomination amount.

In looking through the Disney gift card sales that we’ve covered thus far this year, this is the best of the more straightforward ones, offering both 10% off and a high dollar cap. There have been a couple of previous 10% off sales, but they’ve had significantly lower limits. Most of the sales have been decent, with 6-8% off and lower limits unless you stacked with credit card bonuses.

While we subscribe to the “it all adds up” mantra, this is the first deal that will, by itself, make a meaningful contribution towards paying for a Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or DCL vacation. It’s the first $100 off or higher sale of 2026! (It’s possible there have been equivalent deals at regional stores, but I haven’t seen any.)

This deal is online only; prices may vary in club stores. (Meaning this deal most is not available in stores and gift cards will likely be the normal ~$480 price there.) Here’s the link to where you’ll find this deal once it goes live: https://www.samsclub.com/ip/Disney-500-Gift-Card/13893257573

Again, the deal is not yet live, so you won’t see the $450 price.

You may have success with additional orders (that’s always YMMV), but they’re likely to get cancelled. What we’ve seen in the past with Sam’s Club sales is a higher likelihood of success the earlier this orders are placed. Meaning that your best chances of exceeding the limit and actually having the gift cards delivered is as soon as it goes live.

Since this deal will run for over a month, it’s also possible that you might have success ordering on day one, and then again later in the deal. Although it’s equally likely that this sells out within a few days and is never restocked. That happens often with Disney gift card deals, especially ones offering significant savings like this. But those are also usually set to run for a few days to a week.

This one is unique in being offered for a full month, which is incredibly uncommon. It would be a little odd if the discounted Disney gift cards sell out on day one or two, and then are not restocked for a month. Doesn’t seem like it should take that long to replenish inventory, especially of the digital variety, but what do I know. “While supplies last” is sufficiently nebulous, so we would NOT count on having that long to make purchases.

As always, you should buy ASAP when the deal goes live. These often sell out within hours or on the first day, especially the better deals (and again, this is the best of the year-to-date).

Disney Gift Cards are redeemable at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Disney Store US locations, DisneyStore.com, and beyond.

You can use Disney Gift Cards for almost anything parks-related, including but not limited to theme park tickets, hotel stays, merchandise, restaurants, Lightning Lanes, and even at some participating third party locations (e.g. stores and restaurants at Disney Springs and Downtown Disney).

You can use the gift cards online at Disneyworld.com or Disneyland.com when booking trips, as well as in the respective apps when placing Mobile Orders, etc. Basically, you can use these gift cards for almost anything at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and beyond. There are some odd and random exceptions to this, but they’re almost as good as a regular credit card or currency.

Every Disney gift card deal comes with limits and we always find ourselves taking advantage of sales throughout the year to max out our discounts. We spend more time and money at the parks than the average guest, but even if you’re doing only an annual trip, you’ll likely want to do the same. And from that perspective, 10% off is a hot deal, especially when it amounts to a total savings of $100.

Speaking of it all adding up, we also highly recommend combining Disney gift cards so you don’t have a wallet or purse filled with a dozen different ones, and you have to make multiple scans at each cash register to figure out which ones still have a balance. Disney gift cards can be combined via Disney’s online management tool under “My Cards.”

You can also use that to check balances. As someone who often forgets to do the former and has had an embarrassing ‘incident’ at Sunshine Seasons involving the scanning of several gift cards (two of which had less than $1 on them) as a line built behind me, that’s a mistake I won’t make again. At least, not anytime soon. Hopefully.
